Ordering
Send orders to: sales@vogthandcrafts.com please include "VH Order" in the subject line.
Currently we are only taking orders via email or phone. If you are interested in any of the items on our website, please email or phone us with your order along with your address and we will email you back listing the items along with shipping and handling for a total cost. If you agree email back saying it is good and send us your payment.
Payment
Payment may be made by PayPal, money order, cashier's check, or personal check. For personal checks we will hold shipping until it has been cleared. If you are going to use PayPal, please let us know so we can give you the account name.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping for jewelry and small items is as follows:
- US Postal Service, First Class Mail.
- Item packaged in a bubble mailer.
- Item shipped within 2 business days if paid for by PayPal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.
- Item shipped within 14 days if paid for by Personal Check.
If you would like Priority Mail, your item will be packaged in a bubble mailer, inside a Priority Envelope.
Larger items, including armour, will be shipped as follows:
- US Postal Service, Parcel Post
- Item shipped within 2 business days if paid for by PayPal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.
- Item shipped within 14 days if paid for by Personal Check.
Shipping and handling costs will vary with each package. As always the more you purchase the lower the overall shipping and handling costs. We will email you with the total cost once we have your order and your shipping address.
If you desire another method of shipping, such as FedEx or UPS, or alternate packaging method, please let us know in your order and we can work out the details. Also, insurance maybe added to your order for an additional fee, if you so desire. Please indicate you wish to have insurance added to the order.
Additional Note
We will hold all merchandise on a first come first serve, but only for one week. If we have not heard back from you we will release the merchandise back into inventory.
